Since 2000, Pietro has managed the winery with an approach that blends traditional techniques and contemporary sensitivity: artisanal craftsmanship, respect for nature’s rhythms, and a facility powered by self-generated energy — a key investment in sustainability. The estate encompasses ten hectares in total, featuring the winery’s most renowned crus: Monte Mattonara in San Floriano and Valfiorita in Negrar. The cultivated varieties include Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, and Croatina for the Valpolicella reds, and Trebbiano di Lugana for the Lugana wine. Over the years, Pietro Zardini’s work has been highlighted with special mentions and accolades from both Italian and international wine critics.
