Only one producer per category. Our catalogue is shaped by oenological journeys and the ethical approach of vignerons in their vineyards. Each winery has been visited firsthand.

Terroir and sustainability
Indigenous grape varieties, organic or in-conversion agriculture, and practices aligned with the earth’s natural cycles. Wineries faithful to their terroir, first and foremost.

Authentic value
The perfect balance between excellence and accessibility. We select wines that express the highest quality, ensuring the best ratio between value and a fair price.

A maison forged by five generations of vignerons, currently managed by Paul Froissart. Forty Grand Cru plots between Verzenay, Verzy, and Dizy; rigorously plot-by-plot vinification; aged on the lees for at least twenty-four months; barriques are never new, so that the fruit remains true to itself.
