Cantine Tora

Cantine Tora was founded in 2004 from the vision of brothers Giampiero and Francesco Rillo,
who took up the mantle of a family winemaking heritage spanning over a century.

The estate is located on the hills of Torrecuso, in the Taburno wine region, on predominantly clayey soils at altitudes ranging between 350 and 400 meters. The winery’s twelve hectares are primarily dedicated to Aglianico and Falanghina. The predominant vine training system is espalier, with single Guyot and spurred cordon adopted as pruning methods. The cellar work combines the wisdom of farming tradition — deeply rooted and rich in guidance — with contemporary viticultural techniques, creating a balance that results in structured wines with vibrant colors and complex aromatic profiles.

Indigenous grapes,
contemporary technique.
